Parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guests are strictly prohibited.

Loud music, amplified sound, or disruptive behavior is not allowed at any time.

Violations may result in termination of the stay without refund and loss of the security deposit.

Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay in the house.

Unauthorized guests may lead to partial or full loss of the security deposit.

Only registered guests may use the house and its facilities.

Indoor furniture must remain indoors; outdoor furniture must remain outdoors.

Please respect the house, its contents, and the surrounding environment.

Misuse of house content, furniture and outdoor space may result in the use of deposit fees.

Please leave the property in a reasonable state of cleanliness.

Wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher.

Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Check Garbage section in House instructions.

Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees, deducted to security deposit.

Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated areas; please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets are welcome with prior approval.

Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or any upholstered furniture.

Please bring your pet’s own bed or blanket for comfort.

All pet waste must be cleaned immediately and disposed of in the outdoor bins.

Do not leave pet waste, litter, or waste bags in the property.

Please minimize shedding on surfaces; using lint rollers or protective covers is appreciated.

Pets must be supervised at all times inside the property.

Any pet‑related damage, stains, odors, or excessive hair may result in additional cleaning fees or deductions from the security deposit.

Any damage, breakage, or missing items must be reported immediately.

Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

The deposit will be returned after inspection, provided no damages or rule violations occurred.
